I am an HR leader based in Vancouver Island, currently managing global talent operations at dotData, a Silicon Valley-based AI startup. With over 15 years of experience in talent acquisition, people operations, and HR transformation, I have led hiring strategies across Japan, APAC, and North America, supporting high-growth organizations in scaling internationally. At dotData, I lead global hiring across multiple regions and have also designed and implemented a company-wide performance evaluation system that aligns with our organizational goals and cross-cultural dynamics. My work spans early-stage team building, ATS/process design, cross-border recruitment, and executive-level hiring strategy — with a strong focus on data-driven decision making and business alignment. Previously, I co-founded and scaled an HR firm in Vietnam, helped launch an HR SaaS product, and led regional recruiting operations in China and Southeast Asia. My approach combines hands-on execution with a strategic view, building HR functions that grow with the business.
