自己紹介を読んでいただきありがとうございます。 宿泊とアクティビティの地域特化型OTAプラットフォームを開発・提供しています。 詳しくは、https://nyango.com をご確認ください。 ローンチから11年、受託をやめて専業になってから6年、一人では背負いきれない規模の事業になってきましたので、事業パートナーを探しています。 責任ある体制を構築でき次第、生成AI(特にソフトウェアの開発生産性と言語翻訳精度の劇的な向上)によって実現可能となった次の事業展開(スーパーアプリ化・海外展開)に取り組もうと思っています。 (0→1が終わったプロダクト・サービスをベースにするので、ローリスク・ミドルリターンなコスパ・タイパに優れたチャレンジだと思います) 次の10年間を一緒に汗をかき、達成感を共有できる方との出会いを求めてYOUTRUSTに登録しました。 （副業的なスタートも可です。まずはお気軽にお声がけください) ■ 所感 エンタープライズレベルの高機能でセキュアなソフトウェアを「個人」が開発・運用することは、20年前には不可能でした。 現代では可能です。 それをもたらしたものは、コンピューターの性能向上、インターネット、パブリッククラウド、さらに生成AIです。 弊社が提供しているソフトウェアもその一つです。 生成AIによってもたらされる生産性向上の恩恵を得るのは「技術者」ではありません。 「製品・サービス」のオーナーです。 技術者として勤めているかぎり、生産性向上の結果はより高度で、より多くの成果を求められるだけです。 （≒ある種の搾取といえるかもしれません） 忙しい → 生産性向上 → より多くの高度なアウトプットが要求される → 忙しい → ・・・ という無限ループです。 実際、私がこの仕事を始めた30年前と比較して開発生産性は劇的に向上していますが、エンジニアの多忙さはまったく変わっていません。(ベテランの人に聞いてみてください) 生成AIによる生産性向上でも同じことが繰り返されるに違いありません。 プログラミングはそれ自体楽しいものですが、自分が所有していない製品やサービスにその能力・熱意を使うだけではもったいないと感じます。 生成AIで生産性が大きく向上して、知的労働への要求がより高度化したその先にこれからの社会では「製品・サービスのオーナー」にならなければ、その恩恵を享受することはできません。 達成感もまったく違うはずです。 当方が10年かけて育んできた製品とサービスの共同オーナーを探しています。 ーーー --- Thank you for reading my introduction. I develop and operate a region-specialized OTA platform focused on lodging and activities. For more details, please check https://nyango.com It's been 11 years since launch, and 6 years since I stopped taking contract work to focus on this full-time. The business has grown to a scale I can no longer carry on my own, so I'm looking for a business partner. Once we've built a solid, responsible team structure, I want to move into the next phase of growth (becoming a super-app, expanding overseas) — something that's only become achievable thanks to generative AI (particularly the dramatic gains in software development productivity and translation accuracy). (Since this builds on a product/service that's already made it through the 0-to-1 phase, I think it's a low-risk, medium-return challenge with excellent cost- and time-efficiency.) I joined YOUTRUST hoping to meet someone who wants to put in the work together and share in the sense of achievement over the next 10 years. (Starting as a side project is fine too. Feel free to reach out casually first.) **■ Some thoughts** Twenty years ago, it was impossible for an individual to develop and operate enterprise-level, high-functionality, secure software. Today, it's possible. What made this happen: improvements in computing power, the internet, public cloud, and now generative AI. The software my company provides is one example of this. The people who benefit from the productivity gains brought by generative AI aren't "engineers." They're the owners of the "product/service." As long as you work as an engineer, the result of productivity gains is simply being asked for more, and more sophisticated, output. (≒ arguably a form of exploitation) Busy → productivity increases → even more sophisticated output is demanded → busy → ... It's an endless loop. In fact, compared to when I started this work 30 years ago, development productivity has improved dramatically, yet engineers' workloads haven't eased at all. (Ask any veteran engineer.) I have no doubt the same pattern will repeat with the productivity gains from generative AI. Programming is enjoyable in itself, but I feel it's a waste to pour that skill and passion into a product or service you don't actually own. As generative AI drives productivity way up and demands on knowledge work grow ever more sophisticated, going forward, you won't be able to share in those benefits unless you become an "owner of a product/service." The sense of accomplishment is entirely different too. I'm looking for a co-owner for the product and service I've spent the last 10 years building.
