Thank you for your interest! We look forward to hearing from you! After graduating from Tokyo Denki University, I joined Tokyo Electric Power Company. I currently work as a managed services consultant at Sprinklr Japan. In my previous job, I was part of a department responsible for planning and managing the implementation of labor and HR systems, and participated in projects to implement a company-wide attendance management system and expense reimbursement system as a PMO. I also managed iOS devices used by all employees, handled device replacements, and provided user support. Currently, as a managed services consultant for CXM services, I handle inquiries from service users, configure and manage functions, as well as test and manage service upgrades. ご関心をお寄せいただきありがとうございます！ ご連絡をお待ちしております！ 東京電機大学卒業後、東京電力株式会社に入社しました。現在は、スプリンクラージャパンにてマネージドサービスコンサルタントとして勤務しております。 前職では、労務・人事システムの導入企画・管理を担当する部署に所属し、PMOとして全社的な勤怠管理システムおよび経費精算システムの導入プロジェクトに携わりました。また、全社員が使用するiOSデバイスの管理、デバイス交換、ユーザーサポートも担当しました。 現在は、CXMサービスのマネージドサービスコンサルタントとして、サービス利用者からの問い合わせ対応、機能設定・管理、サービスアップグレードのテスト・管理などを行っています。
