Linkedin：https://www.linkedin.com/in/erina-tajima-92b0b4245/ 外資系人材サービスを展開するrandstadにて約5年、 派遣・人材紹介のコンサルタントとして勤務。 主に大手・中小・スタートアップからユニコーン企業まで 様々な規模のIT企業を中心にご支援しておりました。 その後、ご縁がありM＆Aのコンサルタントとして 買収先のご提案などを経験し、 現在は本国がイギリスの人材紹介会社であるHaysにジョインし IT・Tech・Consulting Farm領域の専任としてキャリアのご支援をさせていただいております。 I worked at Randstad, a global recruitment service provider, for about five years. I worked as a staffing and recruitment consultant. I primarily supported IT companies of various sizes, from large and small businesses to startups and unicorns. After that, I was given the opportunity to work as an M&A consultant, where I gained experience proposing acquisition targets. I have now joined Hays, a UK-based recruitment agency. I provide career support as a full-time consultant in the Consulting Firm.
